Poor Stay
There was no access to swimming pool. Breakfast was not good, Property is too far from center. One body can not get vehicle for transportation. Security people not allowing outside vehicle to enter. Lots of procedure to follow to enter premises. First they gave me one room where there was not hot water coming in bathroom. On request, later they shifted me to other room. Over all not advisable for elderly people as there is lot of walking involved almost 700-800 meters to reach destination from main gate. no use to long for this property.

Swimming pool is accessible with additional charges we have mensioned and informing here as well. What was not good in breakfast? Max 4 KM away from any side. only procedure is enterdetails at main gate security and our care taker will come and guide you to our rooms. We have rooms in front side and rooms at back side. you can stay at main gate itself. Thank you.

They charge almost rs5400 for 2 night stay, but provide a lower than minimum standards room & no facilities.

Worst experience, not recommended to anyone
Highly dissatisfied. No response from the owner. No response from caretakers. Horrible host. They don't have a min. courtesy to reply back to calls. Only gives fake promises which are way beyond their reach. In a two day stay the basic amenities like electricity and water supply was also hampered terribly. They have denied to even refund any amount which is booked through MMT. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Baseless alegation that no response from all. we have multiple numbers to address the issues. if someone does not available over phone, others will cover up.

the location is too far from the main beach area and market. everytime you need to take auto to go to beach . for food you will have to go to market area. it's an apparent which is far from main city. apartment is good for family or for leisure holiday. for room service you need to call again and again

Swimming pool is available for guests and it is PAID pool, not maintained and controlled by us. So please make sure that we have to pay and use pool for all bookings rather than direct deal. Thank you so much.

we have property in front side and back side, some guests want to stay front side can shift / opt for the same. Backside rooms are newly constructed.
Worst experience waste of money

Please let us know where was the issues to correct. As complementary breakfast we have Puri, Poha, Upma and curry. For other items in breakfast, you have to order and pay.

Property was quite far from beach and market. Service was also compromised. Breakfast was really poor. However room was decent as per price
