neither room service people available all four days nor bathroom cleaners. The room was non standard

Room is too small. Even walking around the bed was impossible. Food ordered was delayed and arrived after 1 hr. Location is not very prime as the road is always busy. And its dangerous for kids to walk on the road. No such facilities were there. Parking was full. It can just accomodate 5 mid size cars. Horrible lift. Accomodate hardly 3 persons. Owner was rude. Not answering properly when asked about extending the stay.

worst Hotel ever. Except for 1 worker, all the workers are very bad. Room number 303 was very bad. The room smelled strongly. The bed was dirty. There was no proper space in the bathroom. In short, it was very, very bad. The front entry looked good, but the rest was very bad.

Good property to staying at Puri. I will visit again and I also recommend to stay at this property when visit Puri.

1. The picture given did not match the actual stay. 2. For 3 persons, 2 towels were given. We asked for one extra towel, the room service boy refused. 3. The bathroom was ultra small. The bathroom door knob was broken, water was leaking. No space to take a proper bath , there is almost no space between the basin and commode. 4. Asked in the reception for hot water, they provided an electric kettle. That was helpful.

The hotel price is very high, the room is very small. The bathroom is very small. Even if the maximum AC in such a hotel is 1500, it is acceptable, the location is good. Very close to the beach, there is no balcony.

The rooms allotted were in bad condition the washroom was so small in size that doors were not even opening properly and also the door of rooms were not closing properly and staff weren’t also helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite of the sea beach. Staff are also good. But the ventilation of the non ac rooms are not good.

Only location is good. Others everything like food, services, amenities not upto the mark. Representative not help you to carry your luggage and lift was not working. Room bed sheet should be changed daily for good hygiene which was done after 2days. Not recommended as per price.

Location is very good maximum listed foods are not available we visited there with 1- 2yrs old child & 2 old females. They provided 1 room on top floor & 1 room on 3rd floor. Deluxe rooms as not good as per rate. Tv is not working. Ac is not cooling so much. This is a average properly as per my view
