Worst hotel too much smell lots off masquigos don't go that hotel terrible experience no hot water TV not working

Messy room, old property

The place is good. Staff is helpful. Food can be better. A good place to stay with family. Railway station is also very close

Service and amenities were bad. Location was good, service wise not happy, price was also comparatively high

Neat and hygiene rooms in low cost and good service and parking facility. Bar attached and nice food.

Room was ok, but there was no wifi in the room and it’s available only in the lobby. It’s ok just for one night stay.

The stay was really nice. And the rooms were neat and clean. I have got a room in the 3rd floor which opens up to the nice ambience of mango trees and immense oxygen.

Very nice rooms clean and hygienic supportive staff and manager are very friendly we enjoyed our stay will recommend for family too good parking space

It was simple great and the room was all well maintained. Special mention about food too.

Allotted ac room by mistake & demanded extra. Room service is bad. There is no hot water supply in bathroom. Have to get it separately in a bucket. Resturant has few choices. Breakfast has no choice but one item offered. Overall not worth staying. Reception & surrounding area smells smoke & liquor as bar is adjacent.

All good and very flexible to interact. Likely behaviour from the dudes there. Its ok with flexible timing also

This is the second time i’m travel-ling and i was really impressed with the room provided, their hospitality and especially the ind o chinese food.

The hotel is average only. Less facilities. Ok for 1 day. If u are in the way to kasaragod or kannur you can just stay. Even a telephone is not there in the hotel to call up the reception

Hospitality provided by hotel was very good. Room condition and cleanliness was excellent. Hotel staff was very polite.

Good & a clean stay with a pretty view, should include breakfast and water bottles in the basic plan only instead of billing it differently though.

Although we are booking the room with complementary breakfast they're providing it in the room after repeated reminders. Arranging normal breakfast from the nearby hotel. The room ac was not working. The bathroom is very ugly and provides one soap only. There is no way to contact reception or room service
