Not well kept and lacks professionalism of a standard resort..... Charged additionally for an early check in, even though had checked out on the same day.... The complimentary bfast was very ordinary and plain...

Poor Stay
Not cleaned. Dirty swimming pool. No AC control. Very bad breakfast. Old bedsheets. Full disturb from neighbour room upto 3 am . Very bad experience....

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at treebo sadhoo it’s a memorable stay. The location was perfect for exploring city. Staffs were very friendly. The pool are was a great place to relax. Ambiance so good !!! Overall excellent!! Highly recommended!!

Room was terrible and not even done the maintenance staff behaviour was not up to the standards. Please avoid!!!

Stay in kannur means first option is Sadhoo.. great ambience with clean and cozy amenities. Welcoming staff and a peaceful atmosphere. Pool and greenery add to the beauty of this property, giving a serene view while being in the city centre

Worst experience
I had high expectations for but my stay was frustrating due to poor service, lack of hygiene, and failure to provide even basic necessities. First, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The room had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom was dirty, and the bedsheets had visible stains. It was clear that housekeeping was not thorough. The pool area also seemed poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there was no water in the room for long periods, making it impossible to shower, flush the toilet, or even wash hands properly. On top of that, the electricity supply was highly irregular, with frequent power cuts that lasted for hours. This made it difficult to charge devices or even use air conditioning, adding to the discomfort. When I brought these issues up with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solutions or even an apology. Overall, this was a terrible experience. For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness, a steady water supply, and reliable electricity. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The ambient atmosphere and the peaceful surroundings in the heart of the city make it a great choice for relaxing stay. coupleHad a wonder stay at the calmness of the resort in the centre of the city. At a decent distance to the prime locations of kannur city and at the same time giving the privacy of a leisure stay. Newly painted rooms with all required amenities and an ambient atmosphere around with enough outdoor and indoor spaces for mini games. Pool is also nice and spacious enough on the corner of the property. Had a detailed review on a property after a long time and credit goes to breakfast included with the stay was neat and delicious with a homely touch

Excellent Stay
Room is good. But bathroom, old fashioned and having a stingy smell. Worst breakfast. I have paid a lot for breakfast. And i get 4 dosa, a little watermelon pieces and a bread with jam. No butter. You should not take a height payment for breakfast if this is the situation. Very poor food service.
