Room was average, very pathetic customer relation, i asked one shower soap when i checked in almost take 12 hours to deliver. And there was no glasses for drinking water. And my colleague went out and purchase 2 dis-possible glasses

coupleoverall stay was good. Though it is a new building, service is very bad due to shortage of staff. For everything, we need to ask. No proper staff to clean the room. As a new hotel, they can keep all the rooms spic and span.
