Review Of KTDC Folk Land

The KTDC FOLK LAND, is a very good place for travelers to Taliparamabu and the temples nearby. The staffs are very cooperative and the restaurant offers a range of delicious cuisine. Overall a wonderful experience

I had recently stayed at KTDC folk land with my family. Rooms are okay.Spotted tiny spiders in bedsheets.

Very close to all the Kannur TTK temples and most importantly 4 KM close to the famous Parrissini Madapura

The property is easy to access, has ample parking, courteous staff, nice ambience, and clean rooms. I was impressed by the way Mr. Lijoy who manned the reception on the night of 18.10.2025 took care of our stay though we arrived very late in the night and left early in the morning. Noticed that two things could be improved. The commode could have been without stains if the cleaning is being done with a brush on a regular basis - someone seems to be shirking work here. Noticed a cobweb in the corner of the room. Maybe housekeeping could do with better supervision.

The property is in a quite convinient location for travellers going to parassinikadavu temple and other offices such as Keltron, Govt Engineering college and more. The bed is quite convinient for two people and a child

We stayed at a lovely hotel that was close to parassinikadavu muthappan temple, just a 10-15 minute drive away. The hotel's traditional Kerala-style architecture was impressive. We enjoyed the good food, which was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and very supportive throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—conveniently situated near Parassinikadavu temple. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. The food at the hotel was also good. The menu offered a good variety of dishes, all well-prepared and delicious.

Everything was good. Especially the hospitality nature of the staffs. They were well behaving and very much supportive

It was a really nice room with good facilities and services. The quality of food was also nice. The lunch was especially top notch with Chatti choru being the highlight.

Good ambience, evening is pleasant, nice food, only one request is the twin bed is not available, rates to be looked into. 2k is ok.
