Your feedback has been noted and taken up with relevant teams for immediate and corrective action, In all our rooms, the toiletries are neatly arranged inside the bathroom, including soap, shampoo, Shower gel and dental kits. Similarly, all your AC rooms are arranged Minibar properly. I think it's because Madam didn't pay attention. Madam, U have not informed the front office about this feedback. If I had, I would have cleared this issue right away.

Our stay at Hotel Archana was satisfactory. Having opted for a non-air-conditioned room, we anticipated better ventilation; however, opening the window invited mosquitoes. Furthermore, the condition of the toilet seat in the bathroom detracted from the overall cleanliness. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable. Thank you
