Hotel Sky Palace

It was a pleasant stay. The rooms were good. there was an initial inconvenience which was sorted out promptly.

Stayed with my family for two days, had booked two double rooms. This is a hopeless place, stinking rooms and linen. No television, in one of the room. The housekeeping workers are untrained and lack professionalism. The guy who came to check the air conditioner carried an eerie stare while he was in my room. The smell of cigarettes are everywhere. While checking in, I overheard a conversation from a guest who was checking out, money which was kept in his room went missing. Avoid this place, there are better options available.

Had a disappointing stay. The room was in poor condition and clearly in need of renovation. I even got a scratch on my hand due to a sharp edge on the door lock – safety needs serious attention. Not a great experience overall.

The hospitality was nice and rooms were as good as seen in photos.Very affordable for this rate.....

Very old hotel, furnitures and fittings are old, everything else is fine as expected. Restaurant also there.

Experience was overall excellent. Small issues taken up with the reception who were very receptive. The reception staff ( forgot the name. One boy and girl ) was very helpful and friendly. Assisted in arranging a cab for temple visits. Overall very satisfied

rooms are very small.tv remote is not working, bathroom drain is clogged..and there is no exhaust fan in bathroom..if we order food we have to pay each time they serve,

Overall i will give an average rating because there, the lift is not working, restaurant service is not attending the timely. The room and ambience are good but little bit congested. Hot water supply is good and neatness in room and bathroom are maintained well.

Staff is all well mannered, services were all quick, location is the best and food orders placed were pretty good. Rooms however are not well kept, stains noticed on bed spreads, there was water issue and there were cockroach problems. Not a very pleasant stay unless you just want to spend one single night.

We have booked for a deluxe room and the room provided was not of the type showed in the picture Booked this room only seeing the photo. Pure cheating. Next, we have shifted two times, first one we have drainage problem, 2nd one ac was not working, and finally we were admitted to third room. Totally a pathetic experience. Stayed there for the whole tenure, as we prepaid the amount while booking itself.

The stay was very convenient and all the facilities were good. The transportations are nearby and walkable distance. Good rooms and service

Comfortable bed, clean spacious room, located close to rail station and bus stand, good food, friendly service.

We, booked for three occupancy. But they give small room & their breakfast is average.

Service was pathetic. 1. Ac not working properly 2. Plug points was not working. 3. Continous follow up for any service.
