The property is in prime location in the city , very near to civil station, police offices ,and other government offices. Railway station and bus station are also within about 2 km. Neat restaurant with good kerala food , and average amenities , easly accessable parking . only area require improvement is the bath room, especially it's flooring ,faucet etc. overall a good property at a prime location.

The property was easy to locate, it was in a silent neighbourhood with good parking space. The rooms were good with the bedding, toiletries etc arranged well and proper. The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Things could be better (though there is only 3 floors, lack of lift would make you wanna climb stairs with your luggages, showerheads need repair or replacement, paint on wall below the AC is coming off.) The place is good, good food, peaceful silent neighbourhood and close to railway station, bus stand etc.

The location is near the railway station but away from the hustle & bustle . Calm location beautiful building very neat & clean .we had booked premium room . It was very spacious with a sofa study table wardrobe & bed .2 nos Ac & 2 nos fan . Bathroom also big & clean Food was awsome complimentary breakfast can improved with more verities & fruits . Lunch & dinner & evening tea snacks very nice . The service in the restaurant was very pleasing Only drawback in the building is that therebis no lift . We had to climb steps for 2nd floor . But this can be overlooked as the stay was very comfortable. Staffs are very friendly & prompt

The room was spacious.... the washroom was clean and the setup inside washroom was also good. Staffs were good. Talking about food, all the food ordered were so tasty. I would really recommend KTDC LOOM LAND. The properties location is also great we can access shops, railway station, bus station so easily.

Me and my friend stayed here on 9/08/25 to 10/08/25 , We feel very safe and comfortable, The location of the property is in the middle of the Town and easy to visit nearby tourist places like St angelo fort, The arakkal museum Payyambalam Beach. The railway station, Bus stand and shopping malls are nearby.We had enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, Kerala style dishes are very tasty , The rooms , wash room are very neat - Moreover the staff from reception to restaurant are very friendly and supportive. we recommend this property as a safe , good &comfortable stay especially for ladies

Best economical 3 star hotel. Very well maintained. The checkin procedure was quick assisted by Ms.Geethu and Ms.Akshaya, who helped us to the room. The hotel is very neat. Rooms are Cosy. Has all the things required calm room, A.C, T.V with most of malayalam channel, neat and sanitized bathrooms, non slippery tiles. Heater, dental kit, shaving kit, kettle with tea bags. Bed is comfortable, a tiny table and chair for keeping laptop and working. Cupboard for keeping luggage. Side tables, enough sockets for charging mobile. Night lights. Curtains to hide daylight. Everything is a tick mark needed by traveller's. Another plus is the restaurant inside the hotel, Beejith the restaurant manager is a wonderful person, always helping friendly, all the staff's have a smile and polite. I am vegeterian and found the lunch extremely satisfying, also delicious dinner. Rates are economical. Definitely come back again. Good Work KTDC.
