Just ok. We cannot expect some basic things in the room like Drinking water (Complementary), hot water not 24 hours(on request base 6 to 10 am)

Stay away from this hotel , dirty bathroom , unwelcoming receptionist .. please don’t book it

I checked into the hotel at 11.50 pm,I was late and raised a late check in request through Mybiz app. The reception guy said that they didn't get any information about my late check-in and provided a room which was not well cleaned. There's no dental kit provided,No iron Box. Next Day I didn't vacate the room on the standard time. The reception guy came and rang the door bell continuously and started hitting on the door loudly like as if I am staying without paying. he asked me to move out by paying extra money. I know that i was late to checkout but it was not intentional, there was heavy rain outside.

The bed was too small in size for a family with small kids. But thumbs up for budget stays. We liked the stay....

very bad no good person not góod place he taken more 500/- to give room plus booking with breakfast but he told we have no resturant than how can we will provide breakfast

too close to kannur railway station. had a restaurant with a heavy rush. spacious room. hindi staff, not comfortable for typical mallus. better for railway passengers.

No water bottle, no wifi in the room. Spacious bedspace. Clean toilet.

Stay was good. Location was good exactly near station very convenient to travel from here.

Room was good but its floor was not properly cleaned. They cleaned only with soap water (or chemical) after that it was cleaned properly. When i enter the room floor was in sticky condition and even not able walk without sandal. Due to this i have given average for this time.

Location is nearest from railway station. The food serving at restaurant is very good, especially non facilities and cleanliness are good.

Dirty underground parking area, no lock for wash room door, no wifi facility. Showed ac available for all rooms while booking, after booked its non ac room for 1550.

The hotel looks bad from the entrance and the rooms are in the second floor. Rooms are large but smelly, and furnished with old beddings. Bathrooms are not clean

Good and affordable stay, very near to railway Station, Freequent power failure problems.

Washroom should be more clean and include tissue paper rolls in toilet. Bedroom spacious and clean. Good staff. Entrance to hotel from railway station end to be marked and more clean.
