At first i didn't get the room which i booked. The room is very small, dirty, pillows are smelly and very dirty. There is no tv and not a working remote for ac. We couldn't adjust the ac temperature and swing. Bathroom is very small and dirty. There is no soap or anything.

This is the worst hotel room i had ever booked. 1. Staff management is not proper. 2. Not geting water @ bathroom already informed authority several time they are not responing ac is not working properly. There is no drinking water also the bed sheet/pillow are already used one. Not hygiene. Please provide a guideline to the hotel. We all booking rooms through make my trip only because of you will provide good facilitys for us. Don't west e your credibility

businessThis is a good budget hotel in Kannur. Small but good. Toilet was clean and neat, the bed linen is good, location is good. The only thing I didn't like is the placement of the TV. It's exactly on the right of the bed on the wall towards your legs. Travelers, this is a guesthouse with all the good facilities. No in-house kitchen and no room-service. Well maintained and the reception staff are very cooperative there are many good restaurants around where you can eat. Very close to railway station and bus stand makes it a great place to stay.
