Treetop Beach Cottages Homestay | Peaceful stay near the beach

The property was well maintained and neat. Hygiene maintained by the owners is excellent. The location of the property perfect as it's very close to payyabalam beach. The owners provided a home made breakfast, which was authentic. They do not provide any other meal options, however you can swiggy for yourself. The rooms are well equipped with a smart tv and ac. If you want something walkable to the beach and at a budget price, we highly recommend this stay. Thank you to the owners.

one of the best places to stay in kannur.The scene their is very beautiful and calm , especially when it rains the beauty of place even glorifies . The rooms were very clean and each appliance was in extremely good condition.The homestay owners are too very nice and very responsive,they are always ready to help you at any time. If you visit kannur then it is a must stay place.

The cottage is very beautiful. The rooms were neat & clean & very hygienic. All amenities were in working condition like tv, ac. The owners of the cottage are very sweet. The owner provided me with everything like a list of spots to visit, nearby restaurants & also pure veg restaurants which is very useful.

This is the gem of a place. Beautiful property, lush green surroundings and within a stone's throw to the Aramkottam beach. That too with a very nice and wonderful hosts. What more can one need. Definitely a bang for the buck

Excellent stay. Clean, aesthetic interiors, good vegetarian breakfast, lovely hosts. Only issue is, it is located a bit inside. So getting a vehicle is difficult. The host helps you with auto driver's number.

Property is good, neatly maintained. No food is available at the resort. We were told that if we need food we shold told them one day in advance. No eateries near by.

Excellent room facility

Good stay. The hostess was excellent. A bit far from the beach, but the atmosphere is really peaceful and surrounded by nature.
