Petit Coin Homestay

Location is easily accessible. Its situated near by Savitha film city (movie theatre). The care taker was friendly and helpful. Its a peaceful homestay, have a balcony to sit and chat with your loved ones. Toilets were very clean. highly recommended for couples and family.

Yeah the property was cool, it has nice view but they could also included free breakfast, and also the swimming pool was not that much clean, but overall experience was ok.

A very well maintained Homestay with a very obliging workers who is readily available for anything at anytime. clean comfortable. over all a best stay during a vacation.

the stay was great , neat and comfy

Had a good stay and the owner and the care taker were very helpful. The only negative I felt is the car parking. There is no proper parking.

The room was fine, we didn't mind it at all the biggest issue is that even with the windows closed and all the doors shut the mosquito's were unrelenting it was very hard to rest here and it didn't feel as warm or inviting as other homestays the staff kept to themselves and the only interactions they were excited to have was when we were leaving the forced us to have selfies with them because we were white

Great stay this was my 5th time at staying there, actually am from tn i was looking good hotels there in kannur, i got the best one, the staff krishna was soo good.

superb stay... specially the care taker krishna is amazing.. he took care of almost everything I asked for..

Overall, the stay is pleasant and seems familiar. Additionally, the bed linens are thin; they need to be updated. The maintenance is also neat and tidy. And worth the money.

Wonderful feel

I won't recommend this stay for anyone, i've visited better places in a lesser budget. The bed linen was dirty, walls had spider webs and dirt, while sleeping in the night i woke up to something on my leg, on checking it was a huge cockroach. Alongside it was another huge spider sitting idly on the floor. It totally spoiled our mood. The host brought a broom to kill the insects. We had to ask him to bring hit etc.

Mosquitos at night and too much cigarette smell

The room are below average, dining seating are fully in water, and bedroom not cleaned
