I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kannur Beachway Homestay and it was an experience I won’t forget. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home. The hosts were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring – it felt more like visiting close friends or family than booking accommodation. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. My room was cozy, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches like fresh linens, toiletries, and even a welcome drink on arrival. One of the highlights was the delicious home-cooked meals – authentic, flavorful, and made with love. Dining with the hosts was a joy, and I enjoyed learning more about the local culture, traditions, and hidden gems in the area that only a local would know. The location was perfect – peaceful yet conveniently close to the famous blue flagged chal beach, key attractions and local markets. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. If you're looking for a more personal, authentic, and heartwarming travel experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Kannur Beachway Homestay . It was more than just a place to sleep – it was a home away from home.

The Room was very neat and clean, and the caretaker was very friendly and they were treated very nice, and the food was excellent.

It was hard to leave this beautiful place… It feels like home. Anup and his family woke up early to accompany me to experience Theyyam, explaining so much and patiently answering all my questions. And you absolutely can’t miss Sindhu’s cooking—especially her breakfasts! I can still taste the masala dosa and chutney. Not to mention the house is steps from the beach! I’m so grateful for the kindness and hospitality they’ve shown me. Until next time!

It's a pleasant place to be! quaint, homely and a walking distance from the beach! the location is only a short distance from the main city and the beach is a 2 min walk! had a great time. The food was amazing and flavourful. Just be mindful to let the owners know well in advance of your plan as they prepare things from scratch. The rooms were tidy, well lit and air conditioned. Overall a perfect getaway from the city and enjoy the beach and sea all day long!

We had a lovely and memorable stay at kannur beach-way homestay. Mr. Anoop and family were very such lovely hosts. We had lovely time chatting with the family. They shared info about local tourist places, cuisine and cultures. They took care of us wholeheartedly and served us with the "yummiest" breakfast and dinner dishes. We absolutely loved the local dishes they served us. The accommodation was great, just like our own home. The property is just 2 minutes walk from chail beach which is a quaint and very clean beach. Most of the time it is uncrowded. I would really recommend people to drop their goa plans and explore kannur. Stay in this property for a few days, we loved it and i am sure you all will also love it. Thanks!

Very Bad Experience , People from Kerala Might adjust … & very bad food & complimentary breakfast is so bad they dint even ask what you eat , what you like they just heated ready made parrotta & gave us it was soo hard to might , we went kids & old age parents we don’t take it , luckily we had bread & butter with us , we asked for milk atleast they said they don’t serve milk you should go out & buy yourself … very bad experience please people from other states don’t even plan here for a stay … & if you are planning with friends it will be disappointing stay .. please stay aware people who has comments on here I have no idea which level they experience good , & the toilet was not cleaned 🥵

Convenient homestay close to the beach. Authentic kerala food served with many varieties. Great hosting by them, provided assistance on the local events at kannur. Our they-yam experience was made possible because of their timely inputs. I got to enjoy the free fish fry specially made by their little girl (clay play. It was overall a memorable stay.

We stayed for 2 days at this home stay. The family is so welcoming and i can easily say it is not a home stay rather a home only. Location is 2 mins walk from beach, and the chail beach itself is so clean and safe to hang out any time in the day. Review is incomplete if i don't mention the food part. We got a chance to test delicious and authentic kerala cuisines for breakfast and dinner. They even took special care of the spicy level so that our child will not have issues. The experience at the home stay was good. The owners of the place were kind and caring. Moreover they served the yummy food especially the kerala delicacy. It was very close to the chail beach. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained.

The host was friendly, warm-hearted and considerate. It is easy to access chail beach from the homestay. We really liked the size and cleanliness of the room. It felt like home. Mr. Anoop, mrs. Sindhu and family have taken every effort to make our stay very pleasant. We had a feeling that we were staying with some of our relatives. That's how homely we felt. Mrs. Sindhu's has cooked very tasty food for us. We had vegetarian meals. I even tried some of her dishes like eggplant shallow fry and sweet banana dessert after coming back. The chail beach is 2 mins away from this place and is the best beach we visited in kannur. The other beach, payyambalam, which is in the heart of the city is very crowded. On the other hand chail beach was very peaceful, in the mornings we had the entire beach to ourselves.

Stayed with family for 2 days. Very much near to chail beach. 2 mins walk. Sindhi aka makes sure your stay in comfortable and and the required amenities are fulfilled. Always available in the venue. It’s a home with ground floor dedicated to guests. We had booked 2 rooms with breakfast and it was awesome. One more additional room is available but no other stayed during we stayed. Plenty enough parking space is available
