Absolutely terrible place for a stay

The stay was extremely terrible. The rooms were not clean, the beds were broken, the fan regulators were not wprking/ not having speed limits. There were 1-2 cockroaches as well, there were mosquitoes as well, and the liquidator had no liquid. There was no dedicated parking place as well. The owner had a good behaviour though. I had read the reviews already which were not good, but we had made last minute trip, so there were no other options for us as all the hotels were booked. So we had to stay here. This place is highly not recommended for stay for any body.

A congested room, bed is ok, all other things are just adjusting. No board for home stay, need to ask others to find out while reaching location. The owner is a good character. There is no option for food nearby. As the room is on the second floor, it's always hot inside. I selected a non ac room, but it's too hot to stay even at night.

I have stayed sai homestay in 2days before. Price was cheep-er than any hotels in kannur with ac. Rooms neatly done. The problem is no one hear your requirements like blanket food water and anything. Doors locks broken. It's unsafe while you go outside. Tv and dining is in hall 2rooms sharing. Overall price wise good ac room in kannur.
