The property is situated very near to the railway station, the hotel room was spacious and clean, the behaviour of the staffs was very good, food of the restaurant is average, car parking is available, the swimming pool was not functional... Location was good, food was average, room was big and clean and hotel staffs were very polite

The hotel is very near to the railway station and hence was very convenient for our purpose. The room was very tidy, neat and clean. Staff at counter was helpful and accomodate to check in early on our request. Food at the hotel restaurant was good and tasty. Breakfast had tasty Kerala items!

The hotel location was very good... just walking distance to railway station. Room was spacious Food spread was good. Only issue was breakfast would start late, even though 8am was breakfast time... it would start at 8.30am.

Location is very good. The entrance to the hotel is narrow and sharing with the adjacent city centre mall. It is difficult to get in and out with a vehicle some times. The food is not upto standard. Room cleaning was not in time and was not proper.
