Booking got failed and returned a message that the amount charged will be returned within 12 hours,and later once checked-in on a different hotel and after some hours this booking changed to successfull and the hotel was not refunding the cash(Rs.618) even after customer support tried contacting them.

they told me to check out 10am itself.. it really disappointed me. I was checked in at 12.50 am. but they forced me to check out at 10 am. so I booked another one day stay at the same hotel.

Untidy and non maintained rooms. Rooms were not kept ready even after calling and informing the eta before one hour. Bathrooms are unclean and not cleaned properly. We had to wait till the rooms were ready after arrival to hotel. Terrible experience.

I had very experience in my life , this hotel was not clear and , cheap behavior and talk to customer he don't no. I want to cancel hotel even he not accepting, he said if you want stay as like which he give the rooms otherwise go from here 😏 .. very bad bad experience which I had this place.. not clean room , not clear talk, not responding anything, and asking money extra for changing the room. I never expected this people.

There is no geyser in the bathroom, they bring hot water from outside-not acceptable for an a:c room

It is a good size room. Heater not working. More time is required at the reception.
