The stay was good with proper facilities and commutation to railway station is easier. Also friendly staffs makes it a good experience in staying here.

Very clean and beautiful room.Located in the heart of the city.Very friendly reception staff.Necessary toiletries were provided.

Location is nice staffs are good food is okayis room size are devent The hygeine standards are questionable for the property, room need maintenance.

Stay was good. Need some renovation in bathroom. Also need to change bedsheets (New). Breakfast is also good.

The rooms were good, the buffet breakfast and other food options were excellent. The staff were always courteous and helpful and eager to help. The location being very near to Kannur railway station helps a lot.

Me and my friend stayed here on 9/08/25 to 10/08/25 , We feel very safe and comfortable, The location of the property is in the middle of the Town and easy to visit nearby tourist places like St angelo fort, The arakkal museum Payyambalam Beach. The railway station, Bus stand and shopping malls are nearby.We had enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, Kerala style dishes are very tasty , The rooms , wash room are very neat - Moreover the staff from reception to restaurant are very friendly and supportive. we recommend this property as a safe , good &comfortable stay especially for ladies

Best economical 3 star hotel. Very well maintained. The checkin procedure was quick assisted by Ms.Geethu and Ms.Akshaya, who helped us to the room. The hotel is very neat. Rooms are Cosy. Has all the things required calm room, A.C, T.V with most of malayalam channel, neat and sanitized bathrooms, non slippery tiles. Heater, dental kit, shaving kit, kettle with tea bags. Bed is comfortable, a tiny table and chair for keeping laptop and working. Cupboard for keeping luggage. Side tables, enough sockets for charging mobile. Night lights. Curtains to hide daylight. Everything is a tick mark needed by traveller's. Another plus is the restaurant inside the hotel, Beejith the restaurant manager is a wonderful person, always helping friendly, all the staff's have a smile and polite. I am vegeterian and found the lunch extremely satisfying, also delicious dinner. Rates are economical. Definitely come back again. Good Work KTDC.

I stayed in KTDC Loomland, Kannur on 13/5/2025. Really it was a excellent experience.Especially Room neatness, well obedient staff with pleasing personality. Dining facility also great. Very tasty food served with affordable price from the resraurant.Also the location was very comfort for train travellers. Just 8 mtr away from kannur railway station. I prefer and recommend all for experience a warm stay in this hotel in your next trip to kannur.

Good and nice place for accommodation and food for even longer period of stay. Safely located in town with easy accessibility . Reasonable room rent. Food is bit over rated with not much variety, but still manageable for shorter stay. Rooms are very neat and clean. Customer service part is excellent.

Good and safe rooms which are neat and tidy. Hotel and restaurant services also appreciative. Pro: easy access from bus and train stations . Located in city but in al calm area. Lacunae: no mini bar available in room . Keeping a restaurant menu in room will be helpful .

The room is very bad with water leak , bad bed rolls,dirty pillow covers,dirty towels. Once we checked in we saw the bed roll and pillow was dirty. We kept them aside and we slept.Seriously the house keeping staff needs to look all these as guests once saw this they will not book in future.

the stay at loom land ktdc was wonderful. although Room was small it was clean . bathroom was big with modern fittings. breakfast was good with plenty of options . Staff at reception was friendly and pleasant . Staffs at restaurant was also good . Overall a excellent experience at ktdc beyond expectation at a reasonable price .
