It was good hotel..located at good location..near mall is also there..overall a best experience to stay there and their comfy beds..overall a good choice to stay in this hotel.

bed is not clean. Full of stains and ants. Room also not fully cleaned. ,............................

Terrible

Hotel has a foul smelling reception, corridors were smoky smelling, even though its written 'no smoking'. No proper room servicing and not even a water bottle in the room, no shops around 🤨. Main door and toilet very tight and couldn't close properly. Hotel is located in very unhygienic . Not recommended especially for family

Hotel was in isolated location without any restaurant and gave check on after 1 pm only though the entire hotel was empty

It was good a peaceful in the residency and had some issue with booking it was resolved easily and fast

Property was good enough, clean.even the coolest staff, but we have changed 3 rooms coz of rooms doorlock were not working, ac wasnt working, and door sensor wasnt working, but staff helped a lot.

We experienced power failure at 10 pm to 10.45 pm . No generator backup in hotel. The bath towels are very old . No shampoo or moisturiser in bathroom. TV not working.

The stay was quite comfortable. Staffs were welcoming and friendly. Have amble parking space. Overall a good experience.

Awesome Room stays very neat and clean staff was also very humble and helpful nice ambiance i personally prefer Moois to all my friends and colleagues

Bedsheets were not cleaned properly. Rooms are good considering the price.

Good location at the Kannur town. Food available nearby hotels and restaurants. Enjoyed the stay. Staff were helping and cooperative.

The stay was good . Room was clean and good . But the toilet is corners are dirty and not satisfied .

"for a budget-friendly trip, moois residency was a perfect choice. i wasn't looking for fancy amenities, just a clean and comfortable place to sleep, and that's exactly what i got. the room was surprisingly nice for the price – clean, spacious, and with a really comfortable bed. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. while there's no restaurant, i enjoyed exploring the local eateries nearby. i'd definitely stay at moois residency again."

Excellent location and comfortable stay. It is near by bus stand and also near by railway station.

Paid extra 500rs for early check in, not much facilities here in this residency. Won't recommend.
