Mixed Experience at Kannur Mascot Beach Resort
We recently stayed at the Kannur Mascot Beach Resort, and while the view was indeed good, the staff behavior left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor service and unacceptable behavior from the staff.
The food was terrible, to say the least. We were shocked when we ordered egg sandwiches, but were served chicken sandwiches instead, and were even charged extra for it! When we asked for a plate, the staff failed to bring it.
The staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude. When we parked our car in a designated spot, the restaurant manager called me from my room and insisted that they would do something about there, but nothing was done even by the next morning. The person seemed to think he was in charge of the entire hotel, which was quite arrogant.
Despite the poor service, I decided not to complain to MMT as I didn't want to let it ruin our stay. However, I would caution others to be prepared for similar experiences. The resort's beautiful view is overshadowed by the staff's attitude and poor service.

Recommendation: While the resort's location is great, the staff needs to work on their behavior and service quality. Until then, guests may want to be prepared for a mixed experience.
