we book 3 Delux room but we got only 2rooms... make my trip dint informed to hotel itseems.... wat we do at evening 7 pm where shd we go at this movement??? i arranged one more room with our own expense... custumer care dint reply properly.. totaly worst experience

Seriously it’s a resort...dear all ...don’t be fool it’s not a resort it’s third class lodge ...They doesn’t heard about professionalism ...they doesn’t know meaning of resort don’t book this

We traveled from Mangalore to Kannur and unfortunately booked this stay despite the negative reviews. On arrival, no one was at the reception we had to call for assistance. Though we booked a beach-view room, we were given a ground-floor room with the excuse that work was going on upstairs. The room itself was pathetic: the door lock was broken, so we had to change rooms. The bed sheets were clearly unwashed, towels were old and poorly maintained, and the washroom had a foul smell. No toiletries were provided until we demanded them, and even then, we were given expired soap and body wash. The AC did not function properly, the chair was broken and covered with fungus, and overall hygiene was extremely poor. We couldn’t even sleep properly. From outside, the property looks polished, but inside it’s worse than a lodge. Please don’t waste your money here. Completely not worth it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish.. Near to beach.. Highly recommended

I will not recommend. It was a terrible experience. Staff was good. View is ok. They changed the room but Resort is not at all maintained, bathroom taps were leaking, TV not working, no supplies(water bottle or hot water).

Hotel located very near to the beach but very congested room, lift not available, tv was under repair, drinking water not provided, room service not available. fan was very noisy.

Rooms are not that much good. No facilities provided by hotel. No water, no food, no wifi. For this price range, we can have 3 star hotel.

Room service was worst

The hotel has a clean room and polite staff. The location of the hotel is very good. Though the hotel doesn't have in-house resturent, bay 4 resturent is right beside the hotel. However, this is a bit overpriced as this is not a resort but a standalone hotel.

Not maintained properly and hospitality was not good, not preferred to go. As per the package breakfast not provided and hotel is not attached if group visited treatment was pathetic.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The most frustrating part was that there was no restaurant, and i had to order food from outside. To make matters worse, the tv in the room wasn’t working, which further diminished the comfort of the stay. Breakfast wasn’t any better either, as i had to travel 1 km to their other property (blue nile) just to have breakfast, which was highly inconvenient. Overall, the experience was very poor, and i would not recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.

Good welcoming and front office staffs. The food and ambience is good. Clean rooms. Tasty breakfast and good staffs

Swimming pool is showing but when you go there is no pool facilities and staff with rude behaviour not even provided floor mats and dust bins even drinking water, n glass and old dirty cupboards placing in toilets

The front office staff of the hotel (shabeer) is very ill tempered, they are unorganised in services, do not reply properly on in house phone.

Regarding this place the hospitality is excellent. Neat and clean rooms, walking distance from the beach. Staffs are very polite. Parking is bit cramped but not a big issue as there is some good space around the property

Very pathetic experience. Very bad room condition and very high priced. No cleanliness no maintenance. If you book breakfast you need to go their another hotel. And food was average only not so great. With little kids we really had very bad experience. Couldn't enjoy our trip properly. Only advantage is the property is just opposite to the beach.

had to travel to another property (1. 5kms away) with no shuttle service for breakfast. Rooms were not seeming as it was in the photos shared.

1. The main door lock never opens. Have multiple failures 2. Washroom flush doesnt work 3. Ac doesnt work 4. Fan speed cannot be changed 5. After 11pm, reception doesnt attend you, even in emergency. 6. They dont provide toiletries or water from the 2nd day. And charge for them at the billing day. 7. Car parking is negligible 8. The manager is rude and money minded. Taunts and belittles the customer.
