Great service and food The food was great. I loved that they were able to accommodate so late in the night around 10:30 PM, and the staff was great. It was a great experience.

This resort has good rooms , however food is not good. Staff can’t communicate properly in English. Also there is a temple within the campus , with loudspeaker on in the morning and evenings. Only veg food is served .

Location and stay is good, There is a difference of about 17 km between the location you gave and the actual location of the property.We are riving from Mumbai to Kannur and reaching there at midnight was quite a hassle. It was a decent stay, compared to all the hotels nearby in Payyanur this was the best choice they had made. Additionally, I would request the management of the hotel to train the reception staff to be a bit more proactive as the hotel gets busy during the graduation ceremony, being closer to the Naval Academy is definitely a plus point. Also, I would like to add that the in room dining menu was very less.

Its a great resort in budget. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. They have good ipr. Make sure we have a comfortable stay. Room service was best. Room were in the best condition. The location is indeed beautiful and calm place. I will suggest for further stay here only. I loved the stay here. The property is located on top of lush green ezhimala hills, next to the wonderful indian naval academy. The place is perfect to relax, away from city hustle and bustle, one side there are wonderful views of payyanur plains, other side is the mighty arabian sea. The rooms are big and decently luxurious compared to hotels in vicinity. Overall good place to relax
