LOCATION WAS GOOD !! but the condition of the building and services was terible. Shabby rooms with dirty bedsheets. The room was stinking of napthalene balls. The fans on one of the rooms was not working properly and the toilets were lacking basic aminities. They do not serve any food except for the complimentary breakfast. Breakfast area was flooded with flies and there was just three items on the menu including a bread loaf . Total experience was a total disappointment .

Marmara beach house location is very good. It is near to payambalam beach. Quiet old building. Need some renovations. Power fluctuations were there frequently. Ac was not working properly. Staffs were good. Ample parking space. Breakfast was good with limited veriety. Overall stay was good but felt over priced with respect to the amenities.

However, there is a little scope of improvement req in maintenance and overall infrastructure. Building is little old. Anyways - in beach facing stays category - marmara is the right choice.

Poorly maintained property in an extraordinary location

The rooms are decently sized and few are sea facing with a balcony as well. However the sad part is with the amenities in the room as well as daily maintenance. I had to ask for water bottles, bathing soaps and other consumables that ought to be provided on daily basis. The focus of this property seems to be for hosting parties than holiday guests. Overall it’s a decent place with poor amenities, over priced since there is supply shortage during holiday season.

coupleDon't go for any resorts in Kannur. The stay is pathetic in maramara. The ACs don't work, changed room twice. Food in breakfast is extremely horrible, cold and stale fridge items. And dare you ask for more than 2 wada per person, they'll demean your appetite and make your entry in Kannur hell! I booked for 3 nights and has to rush out after the 1st night because of this experience. Recommend staying in some other hotel and drive to beach than staying opposite to beach.

Very decent hotel with good and clean rooms, food quality is very good and very cordial staff. Just 50 feet across the road is beach. From hotel you have excellent view, well-maintained lawns and enjoyed dinner in Lawn.Its prices are also moderate. Last day met the owner found to be very nice gentleman. Overall very good place to stay with Family, friends and small meetings for 25-³0 people.
