My recent stay in Bharatham Heritage was truly exceptional! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with great amenities nearby. I appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

The stay here was highly disappointing. They allotted us rooms despite knowing there was no water supply, and only shifted us after an argument with the rude and arrogant manager. Hot water was unavailable due to solar heaters and no alternative arrangement was provided. Rooms were smelly, and the strong room freshener made it even worse. The so-called “room with balcony” was nothing but a disgusting sight of toilets and garbage. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and not worth the money.

Excellent Service by Host. Very clean and hygienic rooms. Room sizes are also big and location is in city center.

In property booking time its showing mineral water include but property owner taken extra money from me and no hotwater is coming in room

We stayed as couple in Jun.2025 for 2 days. The hotel is in city centre. The bus stand and railway station is near. The room is very spacious. The bed linen is somewhat, they have to change periodically. The bed linen was faded one. The manager cum owner Mr.Rajendran is very kind and courteous person. There’s pure vegetarian restaurants are near. We can go in Auto. The fare will be minimum. The private bus stand is also near, within 500 meters. The railway station is also within 1 km. The bathroom is neat and clean. Hot water available in the morning. We used it at 5AM. Breakfast, the provided complementary. This is our 2nd stay. Overall, the experience of staying was very good and pleasant.

1,There was no security 2,No hot water 3,only one 18year boy handling the Bharatham at night,if anyone need help nobody is available. No calling bell or phones in room 4,No kettle ,tea or coffee powder etc.

Stay was nice and the location is at the city centre public transport systems and other facilities were close and easily accessible, break fast was not available but still the hospitality of the hotel staffs was excellent, rooms are neat and clean and we had an excellent stay there. We prefer to stay here for our upcoming visits as well.

The best thing about this place is its location, its central and yet very peaceful. For those who love fish , Pulari hotel is nearby with excellent Fish meals. Caretaker was very helpful. Helped to arrange visit to various places. Breakfast is not so great, either dosa or idli and its catered from some where, not so good either. Rooms are clean,

breakfast included in bill but it refused by stay manager

The stay is horrible. Not cleaned room and full of bugs. Also, AC complaint, only we can keep at 24 degree.

in the cleaning point of view it is very good though the building is old. the hotel staff including hotel boys are behaving friendship

The hotel is set off the main road so you hear no noise or honking. it's walkable to train and bus station, and many restaurants, banks. The hotel was one of the cleanest and nicest I've been in in India in two years of travel. Well run and excellent service.

The property was good, but the room was tooo dusty. There were some CNC design on the walll it was not cleaned well. My wife got cold after staying there. Rest all of the other was goood Staff behaviour Property atmosphere etc

Nice property with good parking. Easily identifiable from the road with proper light sign board and decent quality rooms with all amenities provided.

Though the property is the middle of the city, it is calm and quiet. The room was spacious, clean and decorative . The staff was cordial. No over interference. The clean and soft bed and pillows provided us a good sleep.
