Excellent Stay
The room service and the room alotted to was excellent, had a great time, was too relaxing and food at midnight was also available as per our needs, the food served at night was also delicious Thank you, would love to visit again if any needs in future!

Excellent Stay
Good accommodation and very well maintained service and and they have very good taste of foods and the staffs also friendly in nature overall the staying in vivdus hotel was excellent

such a rude staffs all over
People are very rude.. especially in restaurant.And another when i asked for a tea to another person she just throw like am begging her for food. 0 hospitality. And next person in reception called for chk out and said every minute after1 pm will be chargeable.. omg.. y u people are so rude??? . Never ever recommend or go back

Average Stay
The buffet was average, with fruit flies present. The room size was very small and the TV was not working on the second day, however they fixed it.

Good Stay
Recently i stayed at Vividus hotel and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed — including a good-sized bed, a nice workspace, and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location was also a big plus: very convenient, close to restaurants, and public transportation. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a couple of minor inconveniences like Widow view from my room is not great.

I’d booked a room with a King bed and got a queen bed in a smaller room. The wifi didn’t work. It was not a good experience.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Great value for money. I’d definitely come back again!

Booked the stay for one day . It’s a hotel that I frequent because of its proximity to my workplace . Room was kind of small for the price , nearly small and definitely not as large as advertised . But it could be due to my request for a room on higher floor as usually the rooms are slightly larger . Didn’t have breakfast form here this time as I had a bad experience last time

staff don't have trust on customes
from mini bar we didn't take anything or tampered anything but they blaming on us that we tampered the seal of drinks even if we told we won't have any drinks but staff didn't accept that, even if it's done by their staff they only blamed us they asked us then who tampered this, we know that they check daily the minibar and we are not fools to tamper sticker of seal cap if don't have drinks but still had to pay by their force even after no fault from our side and we didn't check atleast what was in side or atleast peek inside the minibar

Room was small but neat and clean only thing missing was there was no work table and chair ... so official traveller will be bit surprised ... over all nice stay ... food was ok
