While the hotel is designed well, tech integrated. But the basics of hospitality are cleanliness and functionality. The property is poorly maintained - the toilet seat, door handles, and counters were stained. The towels were dirty and had grey marks, sink drains were clogged.
The tech was well integrated, including the way the hair dryer was placed, the switches and automation that was used. However, the hair dryer, kettle and 3 plug points did not work.
My suggestion - disable the frills and get the basics right. Hospitality is about finesse, not variety.
