very beautifully maintained property, location is ok.

we stayed for two nights in Villa 67 srinagar...what a beautiful property...and the best cooperation from Basharat, Ramiz and the staff...very polite, helpful...and their food was amazing...pure kashmiri cuisine... amazing stay and thanks to villa67 for everything. Definitely will visit again during future Srinagar trip. Thanks

Nestled away a short 2 minute walk from the bustling boulevard, the location is perfect, offering a quiet private stay but within walking distance of the glittery boulevard. the rooms are homely and simple but does not lack in amenities. Dental kits, soaps, shampoos, house slippers, mineral water all are provided. clean and hygienic. recommended for all kinds of travellers. Nawaz and others in hospitality are super hosts and take care of everything that you may need.

In our travel experience, it was the first time we were given a free upgrade of room from standard to deluxe. This is the most amazing welcoming gesture that any hotel can provide. Secondly, the villa is of a retired DIG back from 1970s, the entire reception area is beautifully decorated with his medals, sticks, musical instruments, photographs , so this place offers not just a good stay but tells you a good story too. The property is really big and beautiful with all the facilities one could ask for, hot and cold AC, good food, hot water facility, cleanliness. A quiet and calm place altogether. Only one negative point I found was, our room had wooden flooring instead of carpets which is a necessity in Srinagar in winters, although they said they have carpets laid in other rooms. Overall an amazing experience, specially if you are coming in a group of people, this would be more like a homestay.

The cleanliness of the property is top notch. Food is the best I found during my entire stay in Kashmir. Staff behaviour is also very good.

Had an amazing experience right from checking in, was greeted by mr. Nawaz who helped us plan our itinerary and transport, mr bashir who was very accommodating to all our needs at all hours of the day including an in house traditional breakfast and dinner. The hospitality, food, and ambiance were exceptional, and the homestay felt like home.

The food could have been better but the hospitality was really good. Had a pleasant stay. Dal lake is nearby and you can order your foods from outside.

Great experience. Nothing comes near awesome Kashmiri hospitality by Nawaz Bhai. We stayed in Suite, which is their best inventory. Interiors were Kashmiri style. Kehwa was great. Staff was eager to help everyone out at any time of the day. Walking distance from Dal Lake near Ghat 8, where all good food options are there. Near to dal lake but serene place, along with ample parking. Must recommended stay.

Nearby dal (on internal road. The home stay is well kept and good social atmosphere. Has large front and back gardens to chill. The rooms are okay if not a bit small, and service was nice. Clean toilets, and they provide basic toiletries. All food and water is chargeable.
