The room was very broad but lacked basic toiletries, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff did not exhibit professionalism, which affected the overall experience negatively. This made the stay a bitter experience despite the room size

Food is average,location and facilities is better

room are good but maintenance seems lacking overall it's ok .hot water seems a big deal even after complaining the issue persist

It's a good property with good spacious rooms ..The boy at the reception Prince was very friendly and helpful ..The guard had a suspicious look about him, but that's okay .. Parking space is also spacious ..Morning Appam and Veg Curry was also nice .

We booked for marriage purpose.. we got affordable rate with good hospitality and very cooperative service for our wedding shoots .

Property Location is good and also the rooms… options at restaurant has been minimal on South Indian menu … limited Kerala menu both for dinner and breakfast

Rooms were damp because of the leaking ac. In-spite of reminding multiple times no one bothered to clean the rooms. There was no hot water to bath. When we requested the front desk for hot water they mentioned that they could not provide hot water because the kitchen was busy.

The booking experience was good The room was entirely different from the views shared. I was provided with a double room at check-in and when I told them that I have paid nearly 50% for the 3rd person I was given an extra bed! That too a bed without a cot.
