They have given us a room with less ventilation, it was bit congested. No bathroom accessories available, No bed sheets available. And the pillows were hard like a rock. The bed was wide and smooth. Staff approach was rude. No parking space.

Very bad experience.. reserved for a room with 3 adults but provided a double room with an extrabed...No hospitality... Lack of proper ventilation and lighting in room and bathroom.... cockroaches were also found in the bathroom., When pointed out, neglected...
