Wonderful experience with amazing views.
Room: One Bedroom Superior

Multiple bulbs fused in the bedroom. No tissue paper in the bathroom. Curtain was out of ring and had to hold the curtain using suitcase. Upon check-in, no one explained the day plan and meal timings. Had to explicitly ask for room slippers upon check-in. During meal timings, they simply put food in dining area and no service is given. Nobody present to ask about the meal. Even for a spoon, had to go the kitchen ourselves. Staff didn't ask themselves for desserts. Only, upon asking them explicitly about deserts, they provided the options.
