Excellent Stay

Our group of 5 members including 4 senior citizen had 2 night stay from 15th to 17th August 25. Maybe because of long week end hotel was fully occupied with mostly young family crowd. With warm welcome we received on arrival with aburansh cold drink. Reception staff was very courteous and Accomadation was nice and comfortable. High tea was good at poolside but snacks offered need to be more sumptuous with additional snacks like sandwiches. We all our meals in hotel restaurant. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and polite. Food preparations in general was very good but pricing with taxes was not reasonable & much like 5 star rates. Most disappointing was the servings which need to be reviewed adequately improved. Restaurant staff Ms Rachna & Ms Kavita were attending us as if we are their personal guest especial thanks to both the young ladies. Overall stay was excellent and no complain. It was simply awesome stay. The location is great with a complte view of mountains from balconies. Saff are extremely helpful and cordial. Food is deliciois but a bit expensive. Stay at the top floor room with privae terrace

Overall the stay was decent. Good points: 1) the hotel is new and furnishings are neat and clean. 2) the food mostly was good except once when we got very bad pizza 3) the staff was well behaved and courteous 4) service was mostly on time. 5) they seem to have a good intent and want to improve and were receptive to the points which i suggested. 6) decent location as well. Issues which i faced: 1) the gyeser was not functioning for most of our stay hence i couldnt use the bath tub which was the main reason for me to select the room and pay extra. They could only partially resolve this issue since we only got luke warm water after the issue was supposedly resolved. 2) chef did not revert back to us on complaining about a very bad dish (pizza). Normally good places discuss about these things.
