Facilities are poor even geyser was broken and after 10.30 no one at reception and no security guard you are at your own in night it's terrible

Overall a very pleasant stay, though there are few stairs which take you separately to each room, but if you don't have a problem climbing a few stairs, this should definitely be your go-to place.

The four of us stayed at this property, selected 2 rooms terrace room and pine forest room as this was the combo suggested for 4 adults so we opt for it, the pine forest room did not have the terrace also was smaller compared to teraace room however in both the rooms the beds are smaller.... Ordered non veg biryani in lunch the chicken in the biryani was stale... Also in dinner ordered peanut masala, chilli paneer and paneer tikka nothing was good, they charge Rs175 for peanuts but the quantity was extremely less, chilli paneer wasn’t chilli at all, it was sweet as if someone put ketchup into it... the paneer tikka was worst had to throw it 445rs wasted... complementary breakfast was average also if you will go after 10:15 they will mix water in sambhar

The hike up the property from reception & restaurant, for reaching rooms, might be difficult for senior people. If that’s not a problem, totally recommend this resort.

The staff is very courteous and well trained. The restaurant is decent. They should improve the quality of pillows in the rooms.

family with 1 kidVery nice property around picturesque surroundings with a courteous and helping staff. Special mention for Mr. Rizwan, the F&B Manager & Mr. Prince, the Front Desk Executive. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite so that all of us could stay together. The food was very good especially the Garhwali Mutton which they prepared fresh. Just a small concern with the maintenance of some outdoor stuff.

familyThe property is conveniently located on the roadside a few kms before lansdowne. Parking available for around 8-10 cars. Staff is very cordial & helpful. Food was great especially the garhwal mutton that was prepared fresh. I'd like to mention mr. Rizwan, the f&b manager, who was very courteous and helpful. A shout out to mr. Prince from the front desk who upgraded one of our rooms to a suite so that a senior citizen with us don't have to climb much. Everything was upto the mark. Room service was efficient. My only suggestion is to improve the maintenance of items like the outdoor sit out chairs etc.
