I had a wonderful stay here. The room was nicely arranged, clean, and very peaceful with no noise disturbances – ideal for relaxation. The balcony offered a beautiful and soothing view where I truly enjoyed spending time. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the required essentials, which made it extremely comfortable for a homely stay. Overall, a perfect place for anyone looking for comfort, peace, and convenience.

Stayed here for 3 days and I was quite satisfied. Had been travelling for 2 weeks straight, staying in hotels in different cities, with this being the only homestay and I can say that this was one of the better experiences, and definitely the most worth it for its price. The property was well maintained and quite clean, and the team managing it were very helpful and quick to respond throughout the whole stay. The location is a bit far off and the ongoing construction meant that the roads were quite bad and it can get quite dusty as you step out. Although if you're staying in Hinjewadi, that's sort of unavoidable. Zomato/blinkit easily delivers to this location so it wasn't a huge issue for me. since the space is shared, the cleanliness also depends upon how considerate other guests are when it comes to shared spaces. Not sure how much the hosts can control that but it's something to keep in mind. Overall, this being my first homestay experience, I would say it exceeded my expectations. Would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area.

When I first walked out onto the private balcony, my jaw actually dropped. The magnificent mountain and river view is stunning enough during the day, but wait until the sun goes down. The best view night lighting ambience is nothing short of mesmerizing. The city lights spread out like a carpet of scattered diamonds, and the river catches the light just perfectly—it's incredibly romantic and just plain cool. I spent every evening out there, soaking in the dazzling spectacle. Service That Goes Above and Beyond What truly sets this stay apart, beyond the spectacular views, is the unbelievable level of hospitality from the Owner and Harshita. Their behavior was consistently cordial, nice, and incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. They genuinely go above and beyond for their guests. We had a couple of queries that popped up surprisingly late, and they were ready to provide help even at late hours—always responding quickly and effectively. It’s rare to find such dedicated, professional, yet warm service, and it truly elevated our entire experience. If you're looking for a stay where luxury meets legend and the staff makes you feel like royalty, you absolutely need to book this place. Pure perfection from the view to the people!

Stay was very good and clean. Helpful owners and had no difficulty in the stay. Rooms had fully working AC. Balcony is the best in the flat. Highly recommended!!

We had a pleasant stay, the view from the balcony was amazing and the entire experience including self checkin and checkout was seamless.

Our 2 night vacation was awesome. Personally loved the property ❤️It was very calm and pleasant as the flat is on 14th floor. The balcony and the cute swing was a add on. Very clean and tidy flat and all the amenities were provided. Kitchen had all necessary equipments and overall the flat was so beautiful. I didn’t feel like leaving !! The host which was in touch with me was a very polite and happy go lucky person. We will be visit again and again for sure❤️

It’s self service property, you won’t get any physical person assistance on site everything to be coordinated on phone which makes very difficult for quick assistance. The hall or common passage light was off when we reached site in night after opening doors by self we had to search so many things ourselves making more complicated
