Hot water problem is there. there is no.lift.Smell in rooms. overall not good

Gandharva Residency Swargate is a great place to stay. They provide the best service. It is very clean and pleasant. The staff there is prompt and polite. They provide all the services very well. It is the best hotel for to stay with family

The environment was very good The room was well hygiened. The room service was good.. The owner help us a lot....

It was all good, the only thing I wasn't expecting was the price for an extra bed, they charged me 1000 rs for an extra bed whereas others give as a complimentary when travelling

The hotel is on 2nd floor, and No lift No toiletries in bathroom Poor towels Poor Bedsheet Blanket with holes No hot water Poor ambiance. Images shown on the portal were not at all matching with actual. No front elevation We were checking out at 7.30am and denied complementary breakfast as it was supposed to start after 8.30 am

Cleanliness is the main issue.

the toilet mirror has strains, not value for money. They don't have any separate kitchen for breakfast they locally bring and serve it to you and only one breakfast is allowed

Toilet and bathroom can be improved, location is good all facilities available nearby, but rooms are not upto the mark

Hotel was ok, small cockroaches are there in room every where, a strange bad smell in room and bathroom.

Hotel was not clean. Ac leaking.

Very good service, quite helpful i am pleased. I had a stay very near to my work place my transportation was reduced

First no room available when i reached. They offered another Gandharva Residency away 10km distance which is terrible again, where cockroaches are roaming. Didn't even ask for complimentary breakfast by seeing the quality. Worst stay ever.

Staff is troublesome and won’t let you be in peace.

The manager was very troublesome regarding daytime visitors, which are allowed as per their policy. He would call every now and then asking as much as room rent to have daytime visitor for an hour. Please avoid this hotel, the staff behave like jailers, insisting we take permission for every little thing we do in our room.

Very average hotel, rooms were not cleaned properly. Unavailability of hot water in the morning at the right time. The hotel can maintain rooms in a better way.

Location heart of city. Hotel does not have restaurant facility but food served in the room. Overall nice place for business trip for someone looking for stay near swargate.

Good- 1. The hotel staff is cooperative. 2. Rooms are neat and clean. Need improvement- 1. Parking space is very limited. 2. No toothpaste provided, you need to buy it separately or hotel staff will bring it for you. 3. Breakfast is limited with less options

The room was good. Tooth kit is not provided. Only soup is provided. It was mentioned that breakfast was complementary, but when i ordered masala dosa they said charges will apply. Only poha, up-ma and vada pao are free with tea.

The rooms given to us were completely different from the rooms shown in the pictures. Mosquitos inside. Food was below average.

No floor mate provided, no hand wash near wash basin, no luggage pickup after arrival at hotel, not satisfied.
