But staff behaviour not good

The location was quite shady, the reception was on the road. This hotel was made in an apartment. Where they decided rooms accordingly of a flat. The flat was a 3BHK. The food was ordered from a shop nearby, there was no dining hall, no in house kitchen. No cleanliness. It was a typical shady couples hotel. Not for a family for sure. My mom even started sneezing since the bedcovers weren't changed after the previous guests left and they smoked in the room. The ashtray was still in the room, the washrooms weren't clean.

"This was the worst stay of my life, and I strongly advise no one to book this property. The room was filthy — I even found used cigarettes inside. There was no cleaning at all, and the staff was completely unhelpful. The so-called complimentary breakfast was charged, and what they served was poha worth barely ₹30, which they had ordered from outside. To top it off, the staff told us to collect water bottles, soap, and towels from the ground floor because they don’t provide room delivery. Truly, a memorable stay for all the wrong reasons."

it was good location , near by market, food , snacks shops. In room service I think some improvements would be appreciated - cupboard lock issue, main door lock issue, flush button to be repaired, one chair should be added in room. proactive cleaning , breakfast service. entertainment- in tv only YouTube working. else stay was good, recomending all visitors to stay here.
