Very poor experience. Flush and Tv was not working. Food was terrible and spicy.

Rooms are very clean and convenient, the bathrooms are also very neat and clean. Stuff behaviour is very good and Room Service and in room dinning available

Uttara residency is a nice and budget friendly hotel to stay in with good homemade food and silent environment. The only thing is it is located in very extreme isolation otherwise it's a very good hotel. I will suggest booking this hotel for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in njp.

This hotel is located in very bad location, even there is not available any shop or food stall. hotel stuff is very few, stuffs enjoyed party whole night with full volume. my family can't sleep whole night and scared also.
