The host was cordial and very helful. We enjoyed the view from the terrace and had fun chat with other people staying there.😊

Firstly, i was denied check-in and was informed that the booking was cancel-led due to the property going under maintenance. However, 2 rooms were allotted to us and we checked in. Rooms were okay, bathrooms were stinking even after the exhaust fans were continuously switched on. Only 1 staff member who was always high. Over promising and under delivering. Torn towels were provided.

Facilities are quite good. Experience of this hotel is amazing. Everyone over there are very supportive. View from the roof top is woww.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, offering stunning views that took my breath away every morning. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment i arrived. As a solo female traveler, safety was my top priority, and i felt completely secure throughout my entire stay. The room was perfect - comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything i needed for a relaxing trip. I can't recommend this hostel enough for any fellow solo female travelers looking for the perfect combination of comfort, safety, and hospitality.

The place is very badly managed and the guys at the reception and the staff are very unprofessional & irresponsible. The rooms are smelly and bad, with broken beds. Refuse to clean the room even after multiple requests. The condition of the common area and restaurant are pathetic, it's dirty and unmanaged. One do not feel safe out there too. I saw guests leaving the property after seeing the overall condition. The location is very difficult to access but that may be additionally due to bridge repair which is going on, that makes it very difficult to reach the property.

It was excellent to be there with such lovely person known as rishi who is so soft spoken, caring and loving soul.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff ( rishi bhai ) are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet, with a large screen tv (which was popular most evenings) it's location is in the heart of florence and it's an easy walk to get anywhere but it's on a side street, right opposite the ram jhula. At night and weekends, they'res secured doors at the entrance, it just gives any traveller the feeling of more security, i only had to wait a couple of seconds for the door to be buzzed.

It was a great place to stay, specially the staff was very friendly and good hospitality. I would love to stay here again

Very clean and definitely a place to stay for solo travellers and the view from the terrace was just amazing.

Our stay at urban nomads was a lovely experience, the dorm room was clean and maintained, bathroom was decent as well. It is situated at the prime location near laxman jhula. Rishi bhaiya made sure we were comfortable and addressed any issues that we had. Perfect place for solo travellers.

My experience was very good as a solo female traveller. The place is very close to laxman jhula. In my female dormitory there was a window and balcony. I enjoyed great view. Place was neat and clean.

Expertise was average i traveled with my family for solo travelers it is good. They don't have tv in a room rooms were small and not as shown in the images. There is no parking available. They were short of staff so even the breakfast was included nothing is available in kitchen they had tied up with other restaurants but only paratha is available. There was no window or balcony in the room. Hotel use at the hight so u have to take the stairs which is very difficulty with luggage and family. Now the good part, they have a very good cafe on roof top where live music plays. Bunk bed is available so good for batchelor. It is near to taxi stand so don't need to travel much, near to laxman jhula so easy for you to to reach hotel after rafting. Biggest disadvantage is it is near laman jhula so except taxi you have no other option to reach and they charge 1500 rupees to take you from railway station to the hotel

The location is perfect for every solo traveller, as the property is near laxman bridge staff members are very friendly, especially govinda and rishi. Rooms are spacious terrace is very scenic, you have the proper view of ganga river along with mountains overall a great experience

Nobody cleaned the room and i stayed there for 3 nights rest everything else is good not bad for the price
