Children's pool is not functional. No car parking facility. Vehicle has to part outside the property in public places. Not good as expected. Can be used if no options left.

Felt cheated, payed ₹7000/- for a room. They did not have a place to park the car. The car was parked in the main road. The bathroom had hard water stains, room was very narrow and basic. The pathways were unpaved and shabby. On the whole the place is shabby not at all worth the money paid. Though the breakfast was free we left without eating, looking at the trash in front of the kitchen.. I don’t want any discount but please check out the place before you list it.

It was a good stay overall and excellent ambience with delicious foods

Not maintained well, stay is average and not bad. For this price we could easily afforded 4 star hotels but this is too high for this hotel.

The rooms which are portrayed are very different from actual. The rooms doesn’t have an intercom facility, every time u have to walk down to the kitchen, gully (reception) to get your needs. Needs a lot of improvement

Stay was comfortable and the bunker type rooms are unique. Food is the best. However, if you call the resort and book it, its even cheaper i guess.

Resort was good, staff is excellent and helping. We enjoyed very much. Suggestions change swimming pool water regular basis as both kinds and adult tub was not enough clear

Our stay at coco palm was good. The staff was cordial. Nice ambience. Food is good.

The hotel is located near the main road so location wise it's good. The room was quite spacious and clean and we had all the necessities met inside the room. But the swimming pool never works, food is below average. Staff never wears a mask, like none of them. It's not worth the price in which they are giving. It's the only resort like hotel which is at udumalpet. That's the sole reason for staying. Don't accept luxury stay here.

Had a great stay. Good food and tasty, staffs are very friendly and ready to serve at any time, clean room and comfortable stay. Very clean restroom. Fresh coffee in the morning. Staffs told there are lot of entertainment available. Didn't had the time to do. Have to come again soon

The food was very great. A very clean resort. Staffs were very friendly. It was a warm welcome and surprised with a tender coconut. I was delighted since it was done to a single person stayed. The staffs were very well behaved and ready to help at any time on any orders. The food was awesome and coffee was very good. The room stay was refreshing with good bed and clean laundry. Restroom was very clean. Good shower with hot water and water feels. Refreshing in this resort. May be because of nearby water fall and when asked it the main water supply was fresh water well situated inside the resort. . Overall stay was very good. Have to come back with family and friends

It was my brother's wedding and we wanted a good hotel to stay in for a night. We booked this hotel and soon after we entered the room, the room was stinky and we requested a room spray. We adjusted it. Then we saw a cockroach. There were lizard eggs also on the sofa. As i am allergic to cockroaches, we requested immediate cancellation as there were no rooms in that category and other small rooms were also stinky. Instead the management said, " sir, its just a cockroach, you dont worry" i was shocked by their behaviour. The management staff christopher was very rude on call and said, "sorry sir, we can't provide a refund" the ultimate thing is - they didn't even apologize for even single time for their mistake. Their only answer was a cockroach. As i didn't get rooms i didn't attend my brother's marriage as there were no rooms in that locality as it was muharat date. Irony is i have stayed in all 5 star hotels, all types of rooms. Their rooms are not even upto their standards, no water bottle, no intercom phones, only cockroaches and lizards and pests but their normal 250 sq ft room is rs. 6200 please never visit this hotel. Don't book prior. Pay if your stay is comfortable.

At the time of booking i was very happy that in a small town udumalpet such a property was available. But when i checked in i was shocked to find that shell rooms are too small to stay particularly two elders. It can accommodate only two cots and is very difficult to stay with your luggages. Also the rent is too high for a such a small room at udumalpet. Value for money for such rooms for elders is negative.
