Golden Fern Resort

Room not good bed sheets are not good there are more dust in beds bad smell all over rooms from room to front are I’m trying to call but no picking up the call

I have booked the resort for my family with great anticipation , but the stay was below average. The rooms are very congested and the location was also not attractive. There is no place for the children to enjoy. The food and service is good. This resort is good for those who want to spend time with friends.

The hotel and staff are good. Cute and clean mud house.

Facilities not worth for money paid

Room was clean only concern is no Dinner available at the resort.

Overall stay was great in terms of accessibility for other attractions, the ambience is very natural and pleasant rooms, food is tasty and quality is good surprisingly and jeep availability is at door steps and zip line is just opposite to the resort which is fantastic

Not worth for money. They charge premium pricing but amenities and infrastructure are below average. Needs improvement.

Room was good. View is good if you book correct room. Complimentary breakfast is good. Customer service needs to be improved.

Nice place and excellent view , very pleasant, foods are good. Very accessible for zipline , View point and apple farm

Very worst service that they've provided. Inside the room full of insects and not able to sleep well. Worst maintenance and poor service.

It was a decent stay. The rooms don't look like how they're seen in the photos. The service is good, but the facilities can improve further.

Excellent stay & staff's behaviour is very good. There is one issue the restaurant was closed but they were serving breakfast & dinner with prior order.

The location of the property was a peaceful location. Food was average. Amenities and services was below average.

Room are good excellent location shops are in walking distance but the only cons that i feel the bathroom had a bad smell that’s why i don’t say it’s an perfect place but ya it was nyc resort

Rooms were neat and clean. House keeping was good. Timely response by service staffs. Resort ambiance was good.

The amenities provided were bare minimum, inhouse kitchen doesn't work, no staff around, the room had a foul stench. All in all not worth the money spent.

Room and toilet is clean and neat. Food is good. Environment is good feeling. Better option for couple, friends and familys

It is a wonderful stay. The team john and krishnan is helpful in all the aspects. Few points to remember. 1. Kanthalloor is a small hill station with few facilities. 2. No lot of sightseeing. 3. The night temperature is freezing to 16 degrees. Why to choose gold-an fern. 1. Near to kanthalloor town( other resorts are little far away) 2. Clean rooms with 24 hrs hot water. 3. We stayed in mudhouse. It is enough to accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid below 5 years. Additional beds will be provided if required for cost. 4. Minimum toiletries and towels are available. Keep in mind. 1. No in-house restaurant but they can arrange food. 2. Morning breakfast is simple( if you eat to much you won't be go for sightseeing) and it is better. 3. Tv have free channels ( keep in mind we don't go for watch tv to enjoy peaceful time) 4. Bsnl and jio only have networks( if u don't have buy one before visiting) 5. G pay accepted almost all the shops. 6. Campfire available on request charges 500. But worth to spend. 7. Safety no concerns. 8. Invert-er back up available in case of power failure

it's a good resort for family. staff was also friendly. I recommend.👌 .
