Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and frustration you experienced with the room you received. This is not the standard we aim to provide, especially when you booked a deluxe room with a balcony. It is true that one of our Deluxe Rooms has a wall blocking the outside view. We normally provide another room when this issue is raised by a guest, but we believe it did not happen in your case. Our apologies. We are committed to making this right and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much better experience.

Appreciate your stay with us and thank you for the sincere feedback. We admit that some length of the road that leads to the Resort is not good for a smooth ride especially for small vehicles. We have been working with the Panchayat authorities to get the road tarred and they started the work. Though the levelling of the road is complete, due to rain, the tar work is still pending. We hope the work will be complete in coming weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience. We hope to accommodate you again. Thank you.

Thank you for staying with us. Our Deluxe Room is good for a maximum of 3 adults. The system does not allow you to select a 4th person. And as a matter fact, our policy does not allow a 4th person in a Deluxe Room to avoid space congestion. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Since we do not operate a full time running Restaurant, we felt it is better to take food order from our customers and then cook for them by our in house chef. We thank for the feedback on your trip to our Resort. We agree that the condition of about 1km of road leading to our Resort is not good for small and low road clearance vehicles. Other vehicles come to our Resort without much of an issue. The road is owned and maintained by the local government authorities and we are closely working with them to resolve the issue. We are glad to say the road work has started and we expect to see the re-tarring completed in the next few weeks. Sorry to hear your comment that our property is poorly maintained. We get a lot of appreciation from customers on the quality of our Resort maintenance. We believe, you may have faced issue with a particular area. We hope to see you again.
