"Feel always welcome" Quiet place and always so friendly and flexible staff. Very comfortable rooms with balcony. The menu was abundant with multi cuisine dishes. Must recommended delicious food. Thank you so much to the team for our memorable vacation.

The food was really good. The chef takes your preferences and makes really nice authentic food.However the rest of the staff are just a bunch of kids with no experience in hospitality. Place is nice but could be maintained better.

Ya i appreciate the resort for maintaining it and providing a fabulous experience for the customers. The ambience and the breath taking views were amazing. The staffs welcomed and treated us so politely. The resort was so calm and well maintained especially with the light settings it was a pleasure staying there. We could see and feel nature at its best with beautiful flowers and trees planted in and around the resort. Thank you make my trip for showing a wonderful resort

It was an average budget experience. Staff behaviour and service was very good. Food available was also nice. It's a small propery. No car parking available. Rooms are too small. No space for a teapoy. There is no charm of a resort. Facilities are too minimal. Loose tiles on the walkway. Room doors cannot be locked properly

This is a place which is so serene and connected to nature. Resort is 40 km away from Munnar (outskirts of Munnar) but has excellent climate. Visited in December the climate was cold and misty. Remotely located do not expect mobile network other than BSNL. Staffs are so courteous and food is very good.
