Review Of Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel

Property is good. Amenities are good but for kids or toddlers it’s primarily swimming pool only. Food needs improvement. Had provided feedback to room service manager. Cleanliness of rooms is very good.

Overall it’s good experience for stay. As per 5 star resort food quality isn’t good. Location is very good and kids activities are very less.

Everything was perfect- food, room, service, pool, etc... the only issue was not finding a cab. There is union n they dont let uber cabs to come here, that was pathetic !!!! Plus they charge triple the rate. As a result u become dependent on them to move around. They should get this sorted.

Room allotted to me without balcony while booking in make my trip with balcony … secondly there was discount on F&B to the extent of 15% which they have denied initially and advised me to talk to MMT. On insistence and protests they have offered but they were reluctant to honor contractual obligation.

Overall stay was good. However, The standard rooms need an upgrade in the bathroom. There must be a partition for a shower, given this property is by the beach. Also, feedback calls in the afternoon to the room are totally and can be avoided. The food however was fabulous, location is bang on.

Big property, clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff are courteous but quite inefficient. The male staff who did our check in was very not very courteous, and borderline intimidating. We had to carry our own luggage at the time of checkout because the buggy never came despite calling reception 3 times. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, but need more training. Food was below average. I would recommend going out for meals.

The staffs were professional and helping. The ambiance was good. Dinner and breakfast was awesome. Sadhya could have been better. Overall satisfied

We had a great experience at this property, which is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. We also tried their Ayurveda services—truly excellent and highly recommended! The food was a highlight—both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Definitely finger-licking good! The only area that could use improvement was the room—specifically the door locks, which felt a bit loose. But aside from that, everything else was lovely. Overall, we’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

the location was good. a nice view of the ses and the beach is very near by Unfortunately the whole experience was spoiled by malfunctioning elevators. Not once but on all days we had to climb up and down stairs. And to top it the stairwell was poorly lit or nothing at all. And their stairs were spiral design. Luckily didn't had an accident. There's some walking to reach your rooms. In such a situation imagine to difficulty when one has climb up and down clutching your things

The stay was good especially the breakfast menu was excellent with many items. Worth staying . Near by to places to visit

Property is excellent and rest of the things too. The only issue is with the outside taxi stand where they charge exorbitant amount and doesn’t let you take any other cheaper option from Uber Ola. I believe this all happening because they have hotel support and you have to pay what they charge because no other option or get your own vehicle or self driven vehicle.

It was a wonderful stay in UDS Kovalam. I stayed there for two days and enjoyed all the facilities like food/ pool and gym

UDS is a good resort. They have clean rooms and good house keeping. Air condition is plit unit in the top floor where I was accomodated and on a hot day, the cooling is not sufficient and for a high end property, that looks acerage only. Their beach front also not kept well as it is not private. Overall, just good. But certainly not excellent .

Its a beautiful property.staff was courteous n helpfull..My kids enjoyed the pool..well kept clean great rooms.. Buffet layout was great.. Our stay was comfortable n we enjoyed it there..

It was a pleasant and relaxing stay. Amazing staff and great place for a holiday. Private Beach is an added advantage

location was good. Food was average. Not much/good options for people traveling from North India. Not all staff members were comfortable in speaking Hindi or English

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at UDS
