Location is very very good - 5/5. The live music was mesmerising, the table, flute and sitar just amazing experience. Room amenities and overall staff behaviour can be slightly better, though was not bad -4/5. In room amended, no shaving kit, no laundry bag, probably they would have given if asked for. But overall a great experience considering the location, property, boat ride experience and the live music.

It was a lovely stay. Beautiful estuary in the backdrop. Delicious cuisine at Ripples restaurant. Very helpful staff especially because I was travelling with a kid. Had a small glitch with power failure in between.

Located at very beautiful place, but road is very dangerous towards property before 1km .....after reaching the property it is a memorable drive.....,Excellent and good staff and the service is topnotch.

It’s a lovely resort to stay in you need at least 2 days to completely enjoy the amenities beach. Food was up to the mark and staff was courteous

Good ambience, good food, outdoor maintenance is good, room service and cleaning is not good, daily room cleansing was not considered even though asks

The property comes 1km away from the main route, our two days of stay was pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed each and every moment there. The approach road to the property is not in a good condition, hence plans to visit the city during the stay may be a bit difficult. It's better to book your whole day meals with the room booking, other ways you may have to pay 1.5k per person for the buffet each time. Individual menu selections are possible and the whole total price will still be beyond the buffet charges. Room service and amenities are very good. A recommended place to spend quality time with your family.

Hey it was a great trip..The only issue was check in time ,rest was okay and on spot.. Beautiful place and hospitality for a weekend getaway!!!

The rooms were spacious & spotless with great decor. The breakfast buffet was delicious & staff were attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast spread is good ! Property is good with push green , my room I Tia ply had issues - room 308 which had fungus and bad smell they changed my room , boating exp we Coudnt do due to bad weather , other wise overall exp was good

Dear Estuary Sarovar Team, We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. We especially wanted to thank the front office team and Mr. Vignesh for the seamless early check-in and check-out process. The room was as described and very clean. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful in all aspects. We have two suggestions for improvement: the room service could be slightly better, and the variety of drinks available at the bar could be increased. We thoroughly enjoyed the music performances during breakfast and dinner. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
