Luxurious property with ravishing views and middle of greenery. It’s the perfect getaway. The view of the sea and the cliff from the deck was mesmerising each time you cross it, and couldn’t get enough of it. It’s a beautiful property to walk around and enjoy the waves crashing the shore. However some scope of improvement is there particularly with the service and check in/check out which were slow. Highly recommend the stay but some overall improvements would further elevate it to a standard expected from a brand like Leela

The most luxurious 5 star experience you can ever get in Trivandrum.. our family had an impeccable stay to remember for our lifetime. The property and the staffs and the room and the ambience was top notch.. would always recommend LEELA RAVIZ to anyone seeking luxury.

Memorable stay at the Leela Kovalam

The property has an excellent location on a cliff. Our sea facing room had a marvellous view of the sea and the beautiful coastline with its beaches and coconut trees. The morning breakfast is particularly noteworthy with a great choice of spreads. Although not meant , the bathroom could have been a bit more spacious and integrated with a wash basin. The service was superb, and the staff most helpful and courteous - a special mention to Akansha at the front desk who gave us personal attention to ensure that our stay was most comfortable and pleasant. In all, we greatly enjoyed our brief though most memorable stay at the Leela Kovalam and look forward to returning.

one of the best stay i ever had in recent times. I actually booked sea facing rooms and the rooms where so neat and clean the view from the room was damn good and i didn't feel like coming back home. The complementary food was tasty and they had so many varities. I definitely recommend this place to everyone a must visit resort

The experience was one of the best ever. I had chosen this hotel for birthday celebration of my husband and had planned a list of activities in the hotel for him like Spa, customized menu on birthday, breakfast at the gazebo overlooking the Arabian sea and so on. I had created customized letters and notes for each surprise occasion that had to be handed over to my husband at each Event. the hotel staff and my personal butler was amazing in coordination of the entire thing as planned. Even they managed to serve me tea early morning in my room around 5am when we went to the temple and kanyakumari. The hospitality was amazing and one of the best kind along with the look and scenic experience of the place

This is a beautiful property spread across 67 acres. It is beautiful at every nook and cranny. The service is impeccable. The staff is very courteous and polite. You pay for the experience and you get a memorable experience. The breakfast and dinner spread boasts of cuisines of different kind. My parents prefer Jain food and they were gracious enough to accommodate our requests. The concierge, restaurant staff were very supportive. Overall it is an excellent stay.

The property is beautiful and vastly spread. We had a premium sea view room with a great view of palm trees and sea The staff was always smiling and helpful. Special mention for Mr Krishnan and Miss Sheetal The breakfast spread was enjoyable with lot of local flavours. Dinner at tide’s restaurant was also very enjoyable. Spa offers variety of massages, they could offer some offer to house guests which were quite expensive though

“Overcharged till Waiting for Refund

had a very disappointing experience at Leela Kovalam. During checkout, I was asked to pay double the amount for my stay, which resulted in an extra charge Even though I reminded the attending staff about the error, I was still billed incorrectly. Since I had to travel onwards, I couldn’t resolve the issue immediately. I have been following up with the attending manager who collected the payment, but despite repeated promises, I have not received my refund. I was told it would be processed in two weeks, yet I have not been given any official confirmation, or transaction ID to show that the refund is actually in progress. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, I expected professionalism and prompt resolution, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures no other guest faces such a problem.
