My stay was decent overall. The property’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The food was average—some dishes were tasty, but the variety could be better. Facilities were clean, though the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Staff were polite but service was a bit slow. A solid stay, but there’s room for improvement. Regards, Junaid

My stay in the hotel was good. Polite staff. Food could have been better. Room was clean with good amenities.

Hotel stay was nice. Good quality was very good. Staff was well mannered.

On the time of check out the manager of the hotel was behave very bad. About his payment and started speck bad language. And behaviour of the other staff like that this hotel is like. Even they cloze the main door of hotel at night 10 and tell every travelers to come soon we are closing gate first time i had very bad experience in hotel. I have to say that this was not hotel this was hostel. And property is in good area but hotel staff don't know how to behave with guest

2. Room which is shown and provided was different. 1. We got dark room which was not well ventilated. 2. Tap water smelt rubbish. Can't even think of using it. Holding the water in hand will make hand smell like. 3. We used packaged drinking water to manage. 4. No packaged drinking water was provided. 5. They shifted us to one more room which was well ventilated and is not listed. They charged 500 inr more per day.

Room service need to improve, no view outside the window, no mobile network inside the room

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days and below are highlights from my experience pros: 1. Room was quite good and spacious and a great view of the mountains. 2. Staff very very friendly and provided food delivered to my room. Cons: 1. Room cleaning is bit lacking. 2. Food was a lot spicy and i had an upset stomach as a result for a few days. Conclusion: perfect if you’re if you’re planning to stay for 3 to 4 days but not more. It’s a budget hotel so you can’t complain much and it’s better than the competition

Rooms are clean, food quality is good.

Food was not at all up to the mark. I have stayed there for 3 days from 26th to 29th. Breakfast and lunch/dinner was complimentary according to my mm t agreement. Another issue was there were different kind of insects inside the room, because there are several trees near the windows.
