Very very bad service

Location good Hotel good Service poor

The hotel was not up to the mark. The service provided was really bad. The room was too small and congested according to the price charged. They had charged us for standard double bedroom and had provided us the uncleaned room which was just beside the room of the staff working there. The food was not good at all. Utensils sounds were coming in our room which was very disturbing.

Hotel ridgeway was nice but room bed sheet was very dirty

Overall it was nice to have an experience with make my trip.

The hotel is terrible, we booked 4 triple bed rooms and got 2 triple, 2 double bed rooms. When we showed them the booking confirmation mail, they tried to convince us that those small bedrooms are also triple bed rooms. We agreed to take the small room but asked for some compensation. They don’t agree with that. Besides the rooms were dirty, smelly, furniture was broken and broken bathroom locks. We paid full payment while booking. They are worse than ever. Do not go to their hotel🚫 I want a full refund.

Room was smelling and cannot afford to stay for long days got underground room floor was not good even the blanket was not good

Room quality is average. But the hotel staff members are helpful. Toilet was clear with geyser facility.
