property was really terible. Hotel is not as per charged. condition of room was not good. Tooth brush paste soap was not provided.

Room service of the restaurant/kitchen staff was bad. There was no food menu and dustbin inside the room. Otherwise everything was good. Room was very neat and clean. Location of the hotel is superb, its on mg marg.

Property plus point is only one being on the MG Road(Mall Road, rest all stay inside the room, Hotel rooms and hotel as well not at all good. Rooms are stinking, cramped looks like poor home

Room provided was not good. Lights were flickering in the room. There was problem of water clearance from bathroom. Hotel staff were non cooperative. Several times i had asked them to change the room but no response. They allotted room in the 4th floor of the hotel and there was no lift in the hotel. So it can be imagined how terrible stay was that. It was not pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel is pretty good considering the price.

Location is good but there should be some system to get the luggage to the hotel. We had to really request the manager to send some person. He denied first but had to send some one to get the luggage after lot of request. Hygiene is not up to the mark.

Front desk service is good, but room services are very poor.

It was during Dussehra and they had many guests with few staffs. Bathroom was not cleaned, room was smelly. Even after complaining they just came up with room freshener. Service is not up to the mark.
