I recently stayed at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. However, the overall room experience was disappointing. Initially, only half a liter of drinking water was provided. The washroom light was not working, and there was a cockroach in the room. We requested a room change, but it took almost two hours. The new room was not much better — the TV wasn’t working, taps were leaking, door locks were broken, and paint was peeling off the walls. On a positive note, the staff were polite and tried to help, but their response was quite slow. The breakfast, however, was good and well-prepared. Overall, the stay could have been much better if basic maintenance and cleanliness were taken care of.

soloIntercom was a just a showpiece. Just Kettle without tea bag of anything. Shower not working. No hot water. They gave me just bread and tea in breakfast. Feeling cheated.

Very bad experience
familyThe stay was very bad experience, no service on time in-terms of food, water. In the morning no hot water available in the washroom. I requested to arrange the same, they said there is problem in the boiler and lab lab.

Pathetic service
Property is in a bad shape. Staff is not at all responsive enough. Was struggling to get a clean kettle for hours. Food is also not good. The interior is not at all maintained. Pathetic service.

Hotel is not at all hygienic. Staff are not responsive. Very bad service. Had worst experience. Called for clean kettle, no response for 2 3 hours.

Towel is dirty and room cleaning system is very delay. Some day buffet breakfast available and some days no buffet breakfast system

Property was good, but the service was very bad. I called multiple times at reception, and no one received the call. Toiletries were not prepared well like shampoo, hand wash, and body wash. When i asked for a towel, they provided me. Every time i had to ask for each and everything for tea coffee things. Rooms watercattel was not working and proper clean.

Toilet flesh is not working properly.
Toilet flesh is not working properly and called them several times but there is no use of it and at night serving staff asking for tip it's absolutely not acceptable thrice problem is someone is trying to open door and then i checked there is no one they came by mistake but there is no apology from their side at all

Poor Stay
The hotel service was very slow. Basic facilities like towels were not there. One rat was also there in the room. We did not like the hotel. Our experience was bad.

Nice budget hotel
Staff was polite and cooperative. Hotel room is good and room service is also good. If next time i go i try the same place to stay.

Terrible Stay
When i reached for check in he told me rooms are not available in this hotel and he gave room in another hotel which is 1 km away and too untidy. There was no food available in that another hotel. So we went third place to take food. Totally irritating and worthless. I want my money back otherwise i will never book hotel through makemytrip

All facilities are good bed room & rest room & food are very good. Near to tajamahal. Auto, car, rickshaw available outside of hotel. Food are good quality. You can order food also available.

Third class hotel with nice ac n bathroom fittings
Had to change 3 rooms within 1/2 hour due to non working of flush tank. Switches are out of its boxes, handles of doors n almirah not working, tea is served cracked cups, breakfast not ready even at 8 a. M. While room was booked with breakfast, in total not the place to stay at all. Its tarnishing image of treebo. However the call boys mr. Dharmender n ram-veer were very good but being poor guys do not have any say in the hotel. Very bad experience
