The room we were supposed to be given to stay in was not provided. I booked a Super Deluxe room, but it was not made available to me. This is not acceptable."

Excellent Stay
i went in a tourist on short trip, so spend most of the time visiting the city and peaceful and comfortable sleeping spot and pleasantly aurprises by the room and facilities. and more importantly the no-disturbance stay. virtually like living in our seperate room/house. the room was large like a master bedroom of a 3-bedroom apt which i think it is. bathroom was good and clean. all amenities working. and the early morning sunlit greenery was added bonus. although i advise to not try too wxotic food here. aloo parath was good. but fried rice wasnt. lassi was ok but noy lassi in true sense. so all in all if you are private person and minding your job and dont expect an entrouge of staff to be on your side then this is best. and as it is with any Newtown hotels/stays you need to master travelling into city and maximise the return from each trip. and also master the TOTOs. its typically 20rs by 4 (80) for each leg starting from Bangla gate in each direction. so you can walk till the gate and take TOTO tonplaces like echo park etc...

OK for the price for 1 night
Room was very different than the photos. There wasn’t a balcony like in the photos. When i asked they said those rooms are already occupied. Ok for the price. But lacked space, in-room amenities and could have better hygiene. One good thing is that it has parking and lift.
