Hotel should have there own restaurant as ever time we were supposed to order a food and it came into a disposable containers and as if we are paying the amount so we expect something good serve

Clean Rooms, Superb Breakfast & Memorable Experience
It was a wonderful experience right from the warm welcome at the reception. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I really appreciated the no-smoking policy, and the cleanliness of the washrooms was excellent — very neat and hygienic. The room had everything I needed: a mini fridge, TV, dining table, and a comfortable mattress that ensured a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was delightful — though the spread was small, every item was fresh and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed dining at the in-house Korean restaurant; the food was amazing, and the ramen soup was a highlight! Overall, I felt very happy and comfortable with my stay. A truly pleasant experience that I would love to repeat.

There was no kitchen as it was under renovation and I am surprised how come any hotel even take booking when you can't serve food to the guests. pathetic location

Terrible Stay
The hotel staff and service was horrible. I had very important guest staying at the hotel and check out was 11 pm however staff was forcing for early checkout from 10 pm onwards. Also while checking in staff asked for all the identity proof on email first which we had shared immediately, however at around 120 clock at night, staff called again and asked for all the documents again to be shared through WhatsApp. Not sure if this kind of harassment is required just for a simple 1 day stay.

Great food and hospitality
soloGreat food, excellent hospitality, rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet spread is excellent and they serve with so much promptness. Front-end desk is managed nicely by a Courteous and Respectful staff.

Terrible Stay
No one helping in luggage to take it to room and room to car after check out, no room service provided in the morning and the last but not least breakfast was terrible. I will not suggest or recommend this hotel to anyone totally waste of money

Average Stay
Treebo olive nest is a comfortable hotel, with decent breakfast. The rooms are clean. The shower enclosure is partially open hence a floor towel needs to be given to keep the washroom dry. The entry to the hotel is congested.

Good Stay
The rating could have been 5. However, due to no parking space availability/ very risky parking on narrow street, i give 4. I agree this is not a problem lack of service from the hotel, especially in a congested place like mumbai suburbs. Thank you.

Average Stay
The room was good, ac made lot of noise but tolerable. Washroom etc was clean. Staff can be more polite and treat guests with more hospitality. My request for 30mins late checkout was not given citing fully booked (on a monday morning, moreoever, my entire floor was literally empty. So speaks about their concern for guest’s needs. Breakfast was good but cold.

The hotel was fine looking at the city. I feel they must work on the area of their restaurant which looks like a make shift seating place where the food is served. Sorry this was my first visit and i didnt click any pics

The receptionist komal was very unprofessional very and very much her way of talking is very pathetic. She thinks she owns the hotel. Kindly remove such staff, the corporate team must listen to the intercom recording what she talks to the client
