Terrible Stay
Very pathetic; 0 maintenance. Very dirty and totally unhygienic. Rooms were smelly and no pillow covers. Geyser wasn’t working, complained 3 times but no response. Totally a bad place

complementary breakfast was not served.checked several times with reception staff but they didn't serve it.Please initiate refund for the breakfast.

Morning breakfast was very limited and lately served. And we're supposed to ask daily drinking water from reception.

The hotel was one first floor we have to climb up with luggage in our hands, and wvwn the breakfast was complimentary they didn’t offered us anything that was disappointing

Cleanliness needs to Improve. Staff attendiveness needs to improve. Breakfast is basic hygiene with limited options.

Worst service
They have mentioned that the room will be AC and we paid for it when we enter the room they didn't provide what they mentioned. They will tell the AC is not working properly etc etc

Poor Stay
Maintenance is extremely bad , 1. Door handles , lock sockets , mirrors bathroom commodes some are already broken and some are about to be broken with a touch.. they are so damaged .. 2. corridors are smelling bad and even rooms are also smoking smell. 3. worst cleaning.. bed and bedsheets are horribly dirty i regret booking from mmt your pics and reviews have mislead me

Excellent Stay
Food is good. The location is convenient and easily approachable. Rooms are neat and cleanly maintained. The AC, TV and Geyser were functioning well. The Manager was approachable and helpful. The only suggestion is to provide a toilet tissue roll which was lacking.

MakeMyTrip should do due diligence while entering into contract with Hotel
coupleVery bad experience. Bed linens were dirty. No tea sachets. Rooms kept dirty. No room service.No restaurant available. Overall very horrible experience.

Terrible Stay
Location is not good for family stay. Food was not available. Breakfast provided was cold and not good. There are only two person managing the entire property. Rooms were not clean and bad sewer smell was there in the room and bathroom. Stray dog was present all the time at the breakfast area. Parking was there only for two cars. Rest had to park on the roadside.

Good experience
The rooms are good, spacious and clean. The staff are so friendly. Check-in, check-out time will be 11 am. For food, laundry etc you can visit nearby street.
